FESTIVAL POLICY: Please Read -The right to refuse admission is reserved.  Proper attire is required.  The times of programs or entertainment, as well as programs or entertainment are subject to change without notice.  No refunds given.  Selling, distribution of materials or solicitation on G.A.F. Society property including all parking areas without the express written permission consent of the G.A.F Society or disorderly conduct could result in ejection or arrest.  Solicitation and distribution of materials of any kind includes, but is not limited to, petitions, banners, posters, distribution of samples, promotional items, handing out flyers, pamphlets, leaflets or business cards or placing flyers, pamphlets, leaflets or business cards on parked vehicles.  No glass bottles, cans or carry-ins allowed.  In any case, alcohol may not be brought onto these premises.  Please do not bring your pets to the German-American Festival.  The German-American Festival reserves the right to take and use pictures/images in printed, photographic, video, and/or electronic form for any lawful commercial purpose in the furtherance of the GAF’s image and in advertising the GAF’s products and services.  For your safety: no shirts - no shoes - no service!  The German-American Festival is a rain/shine activity – no refunds given on account of inclement weather.
