The Hummel Contest had 11 contestants registered this year.  This was the 18^th annual contest.  Congratulations to the GAF!

Again this year I was able to have the prize for all award places be a Hummel figurine.  Each child also received a gift bag which contained a Hummel figurine (donated by Manufaktur Rodental for each child), a "Sketch Me Berta" book about the life of Sister Hummel, a stuffed raccoon and a festival raccoon. Being able to give a Hummel for all the prizes makes the contest so very nice for the children. We have continued to be able to do this entirely due to your generosity!  Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you!

 

The audience to view the contest once again packed the Schwabenhalle!
